Cow’s milk is one of the most familiar allergy-causing foods in kids, and it’s the most important source of allergic reactions in quite young babies.

Did you know that your water bottle could affect your health negatively? Recent studies have shown that your health could be at risk because of a dangerous chemical known as Bisphenol-A (BPA). Keep reading to find out more about BPA and the alternatives to avoiding it.

Most of the plastic water bottles that are made by bottle-maker companies leaches Bisphenol-A. This is a very harmful chemical that is unsafe and can affect the unborn of pregnant women. Bisphenol- A has an analogous structure which is similar to that of the hormone estrogen and hence its interference with the body affects the hormonal make up.

BPA has shown to cause many diseases such as uterine cancer, breast cancer, obesity and even diabetes. BPA is leach from plastic water bottles and the older, hotter, and more warn out the plastic gets the more BPA that is leached.

One way to avoid dangerous chemicals such as BPA is to switch to water bottles made of HDPE plastic. The best way to be totally sure that you are safe from BPA is to switch to stainless steel or glass water bottles. It is a good idea to avoid lexan bottles which are known to leach BPA. Luckily there are many companies on the market who are aware of the need for alternatives to plastic water bottles.

A very popular water bottle, Nalgene, has recently come out with their new line known as Everday Line which is made of Tritain Copolyster and is free of BPA or any other harmful chemicals. Another great thing about them is they are 100% recyclable and made with recycled material as well as being very durable. One of the best stainless steel water bottles is the Klean Kanteen. One more alternative is aluminum water bottles. The leader in aluminum is Sigg which makes many colorful and stylish water bottles.

Let’s take a peak in to bottles that are safe to consume water. With “#1″ mark, you should be using these bottles only once. However, bottles with #7 and #3 shouldn’t be used at all. These bottles are at a higher risk of leaching the toxic Bisphenol-A. The other safe water bottles are “#2″, “#4″, “#5″, and “#6″. However, the ideal way to stay away from these toxic bottles is by switching to stainless steel or aluminum water bottles.

So now you know that plastic bottles with lexan and Bisphonel-A is very harmful and hazardous. Just switch to stainless steel or glass bottles which may be a little uncomfortable at first but is surely better than the risks of plastic.

If you are looking for a job that combines medicine with the law, you have two basic routes you can take. Either you can choose medical jobs that deal directly with law enforcement, or you can choose a job in law that deals directly with medicine. The two may not seem much different, but there are differences.

For a job in medicine that deals with the law, you could choose to work as a coroner. Coroners frequently perform medical examinations on bodies that are connected with criminal cases. You will need to have a thorough knowledge of medicine, but you will also need to have a basic knowledge of the law.

A similar job is the job of medical examiner. These medical professionals also examine dead bodies to find the cause of death, but almost always when foul play is suspected. They work closely with the law enforcement officials to collect evidence from the body that can be used in court.

Another type of medical professional that deals with the law is a sexual assault nurse. These professionals are responsible for collecting evidence from rape victims that can be used in DNA testing in order to determine who the assailant was. Again, these professionals must know how to collect the evidence in compliance with the law so that it can be given as evidence in court.

If you are interested in pursuing one of these careers, you will need to pursue a medical degree as your primary degree. However, taking some law enforcement classes can help you get your foot in the door. You can minor in law enforcement or just take some electives in order to add some of that experience to your portfolio.
